Valley HVAC Network sells the contact details and service requests that homeowners submit to independent HVAC contractors, who may pay us for referrals. We only sell or share it with licensed HVAC contractors and any licensed subcontractor they use for the job, never with data brokers, marketers or lead resellers. Under California law you have the right to tell us not to sell or share your personal information, and we will honor that request.
How to opt out
- Online: fill out the form below and check “Do not sell or share my personal information.”
- By email: contact@valleyhvacnetwork.com with the subject “Do Not Sell.”
- By phone: (818) 658-2668.
- Automatically: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request not to sell or share your information.
You don’t need an account, and we won’t charge you or treat you differently for opting out. If you opt out, we won’t sell your information. We can still help you find a contractor if you ask us to connect you with one.
You can also use this form to ask us to delete, correct or tell you what personal information we have about you. We may need to confirm your identity (for example, by matching the phone number or email you used) before we act on those requests. See our Privacy Policy for details.
