Valley HVAC Network is a small, locally run referral service for San Fernando Valley homeowners. When your AC or heater stops working, we connect you with an independent, licensed HVAC contractor who serves your neighborhood, for free.
Why we started
When the AC quits in a 105° heat wave or the heater dies on a cold night, most people search, call a few numbers and hope for the best. We wanted a simpler way: one call to a real person who knows the Valley and can point you to a licensed local pro. The Valley has a bit of everything, from older homes with wall furnaces to rooftop package units and newer heat pumps, so we ask the right questions before we connect you.
What we do, and what we don’t
- We do: answer your call or form, ask what’s going on, and connect you with an independent, licensed HVAC contractor who serves your part of the Valley.
- We don’t: do the work, quote prices, sign contracts or take payment for the job. You deal directly with the contractor, and you decide whether to hire them.
How we choose contractors
Every contractor we refer must have an active California license (usually C-20, Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning) with the Contractors State License Board and carry insurance, including workers’ compensation as California law requires. If they bring in a subcontractor, that subcontractor must be licensed too. You can check any license yourself at CSLB.ca.gov. More on how it works →
Our promise to you
- A real person answers or calls you back, 7 AM – 8 PM, 7 days a week.
- Free for homeowners. Contractors may pay us for referrals. That’s how we keep it free for you, and we tell you up front.
- Your information stays private. We share it only with the licensed contractor(s) for your job, never with data brokers or marketers. Opt out anytime.
- No pressure. You’re never obligated to hire anyone.
